Showcase were appointed to work on this project
alongside architect Spacelab. The head office is based in
Soho, spanning across 5 floors.

Scope

Showcase was taken on-board to provide furniture procurement for this unique
head office building.

Services provided

Furniture specification and selection, procurement process and furniture
installation.

Success points

Showcase worked very closely with the design and client team to manage the
timescales and budget for this project.

Value added

Due to our strong purchasing power, we were able to deliver this project with
minimal value engineering. Spacelabs innovative design was protected
throughout the project.

Install had to take place during Covid-19 lockdown, Showcase coordinated all
parties to ensure regulations were met and the project was delivered safely and
on time.

Showcase managed the day 2 requirements for this project swiftly and following top up orders.
