Showcase were appointed to work on this project alongside Scott Brownrigg. The new HQ based in the heart of the City of London is 44,000 sq ft across 3 floors.


Following a traditional tender process Showcase was appointed to supply the full furniture package for the new HQ to accommodate 450 staff. The appointment happened at the beginning of the pandemic and the selection process for a redesign and all the project related sessions were executed remotely over VC. As well as the office areas, internal and external meeting rooms, there was a big focus on spaces for collaboration, social interaction, training and focus work, for both clients and employees.

Services provided

Utilised clients audit to create a reuse strategy, furniture specification and selection, procurement process, furniture installation.

A desking and task chair pilot was successfully coordinated and presented to the client team during Covid-19

Success points

Install had to take place during Covid-19 lockdown, Showcase coordinated all parties to ensure regulations were met and the project was delivered safely and on time.

Showcase worked very closely with the design and client team to create a collaborative working office that is fully supported through the design of the space and the different types of furniture that helps facilitate this.

Value added

To ensure the clients budget was met, an element of reuse and bespoke re-modelling of exiting tables for the meeting suite was incorporated within this project.
