The scope of this project was to fully furnish the VW Financial Services’ purpose built Head Office in Milton Keynes, housing 850 staff. Responsible for the procurement of all furniture items and a budget of £1,800,000.

Working with designers Scott Brownrigg the showcase project team organised and hosted showroom visits coordinating mock up’s and samples. Written specifications were produced, and specialist products procured to simplify the invoicing process for the client.

The entire installation project was managed from beginning to end and on completion staff training was provided.

Key services included working with the design team and the client team to identify, source and procure all furniture items.

The new building was fully furnished to include office space, meeting rooms and communal areas.

The new HQ for VWFS has played a big part in the company’s ability to recruit and retain local staff. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
