Showcase were appointed to provide furniture consultancy for all areas of their new head office for 4,500 staff, we sat on the project team and coordinated the entire furniture selection and delivery process.
Nomura opted to carry out the direct procurement of all high volume items such as 4,500 workstations and task chairs themselves but tasked showcase to carry out the procurement of the ancillary package. Showcase worked alongside their in-house procurement team to assist and advise with their negotiations and an example of where we added value to their procurement team was where we negotiated a significant reduction from their EMEA frame work task seating supplier.
