Showcase were invited to work with the internal design team at Nomura, to create a fully agile environment that supported a transformational workplace strategy.

Scope

Taking one floor at a time to deliver a blend of collaboration, private and semi private spaces, supported by new sit-stand desks and RFID smart lockers Showcase was taken on-board to provide furniture consultancy and procurement for this complete project.

Services provided

Furniture audit and disposal strategy, furniture specification and selection, the setting up of furniture framework standards, 2 stage procurement process, and furniture installation.

Success points

Showcase worked very closely with the design team to create an agile working office that is fully supported through the design of the space and the different types of furniture that helps facilitate an agile working culture. Without doubt the biggest success is to see 100% of the space throughout the building being used in the way it was designed to be used.

Value added

The objective was to create a flexible work space that supported post Covid hybrid working, the feedback from staff ahs been exceptional and the resulting use delivers a 50% increase in use of efficient space. Bringing people back to a high performance space that fully supports their needs.
