H.R.OWEN is the UK’s leading Luxury Motor Group, retailing and maintaining only the world’s most desirable premium car brands including Aston Martin, BAC, Bentley, Bugatti, Czinger, Ferrari, Hennessey, Lamborghini, Maserati, Radford, Rimac & Rolls-Royce.

They operate 18 showrooms and 14 service centers across London and the UK and opened their new HQ in London in 2023. Showcase engaged with CEO Ken Choo directly to gain an insight into his vision for the Headquarters build including his Office, Boardroom, and reception area using bespoke joinery with private booths and a private dining room.

Working with the architects Louis de Soissons and his interior designer collectively delivered a stunning space to receive a host of VIP customers.

Scope

Showcase offered consultation for furniture selection, procurement, delivery, installation, and ongoing support. We presented a portfolio of product options within the brief, budget, and schedule. Showroom visits and furniture pilots were arranged for firsthand evaluation. Our 2-stage procurement process and dedicated management team ensured delivery, trades interfaces, and installation by the “Go-Live” date.

  4. Delivery Coordination: working with main contractors Chiltern Design to install all the specialist joinery areas and dovetail many trades on-site together with our supply chain partners.

  2. Reception Area: a HR Owen Brand wall with shelving and subtle lighting, soft seating, and bistro setting with open framed partitioning creating a warm but open feel with private phone booths for confidential calls.
  3. Boardroom: 5.4m Boardroom table with matching bespoke credenzas. Seating from leading high-end German manufacturing partner, Brunner.
  4. Private Dining Room: six-person Tobu style 2m diameter dining table with black stained oak Framework and HIMACS Aura Bisque wrap top with reverse
    chamfered edge. Matching credenza and Brunner Ray Dining chairs.

Implementation

Design Phase:

  • Showcase Interiors worked with the HR Owen design team led by Lisa Wilsher and Architects Louis de Soissons to understand requirements and guidelines.
  • Detailed design plans and 3D renderings were developed to visualise the furniture and layout in the new Headquarters.

Manufacturing Phase:

High-quality suppliers were called upon to deliver fine furniture.

Showcase Interiors’ skilled craftsmen manufactured each piece to exact specifications, ensuring precision and quality.

Installation Phase:

The installation process was carefully coordinated to fit within the construction schedule of the new build.
