Showcase were awarded a 3 year contract to supply furniture consultancy and procurement services across the UK estate of a Global Professional Services Firm.
In July 2015 and following a 14 month furniture programme furniture for a 274,000 sq. ft. office space at 25 Churchill Place located in London’s financial district Canary Wharf for 3,500 agile working staff.
This was a significant & demanding project for all involved where furniture supply, furniture installation, space planning, 3D visuals, mock ups, bespoke furniture designs, training, stock holding, churn management, ethical disposal maintenance, and furniture procurement was managed by the Showcase team.
The project was delivered alongside other ongoing nationwide projects for the firm that included both their Global Partners Office and secondary London office.
The requirements was to fully furnish the new office building, including general office space, break out spaces and meeting rooms, an impressive cafeteria and executive offices and meeting rooms, board room, client entertainment rooms and a company bar.
A dedicated Showcase product specialist has worked as part of the clients team liaising with their appointed design practices and advising on all products.
All products now conform to SKA Ratings, and environmental footprint reports provided in 2018
