Showcase was appointed to work on this project alongside the design firm HOK as the FF&E Consultant, providing furniture selection, procurement & supply across 7 floors in a brand new building in downtown Frankfurt.
Scope
Showcase was taken onboard to implement existing furniture standards and create new furniture options for certain key areas representing a lighter more European aesthetic and delivering a workspace that supports an increasing move towards agile based working.
One of the critical elements was integrating with the interior design team based in London and New York, the local Morgan Stanley team and their Frankfurt team to ensure that we supported them to achieve their design aspirations.

Success points
The net result for the client was a new building fitted out with all new sit-stand desks in the open plan, new trading desks and a new set of standards for private offices.

When the building construction was delayed, Showcase provided local storage options so easy, quick access was available once the building was able to accept deliveries.
